The worker arrived on time, was courteous, quick and professional in his work, and, unlike other companies I called, didn't try to stick me with an inflated "minimum" charge to do such a simple repair. I was charged fairly for the work done. 'GO2 Carpet Repair' ... yes, the name fits!"
