Awesome Service
I need a patch done right away. They were able to do it the very next day. they did an awesome job you can't even tell where the patch was done at.

A highly competent and professional job. Russ called before he arrived. Actually a few minutes early. He evaluated the repair task efficiently and went to work. He was charged with a small area that had been subject to some dirty water overflow from a sink back up, and then the thread damage caused by the vacuum cleaner. He removed the portion in need of repair, installed new tackboard and replaced the carpet. I'm watching to see that everything settles in properly. So far, it looks good. Thanks for the quality service. I'll recommend you to anyone!

They did a great job cleaning our carpets at our church after an Easter production we put on. There was fake red blood all over the carpets that would have been impossible to get out on our own, but they cleaned it up and made it look nice again.

We have used Phoenix Carpet Repair before to lay carpeting for us and we were happy with the outcome. So we thought we would try the cleaning service. We had some water damage a few years ago and the repair job wasn't exactly done well. After Danny visited us, we couldn't be happier with the result. He came out on a Friday afternoon/early evening and stayed to stretch and patch the carpet until it was nearly perfect. We appreciate your company's dedication to doing a job right.
