I submitted a sales enquiry and didn't receive a reply, but Brad later said he didn't receive it. Brad was extremely helpful in arranging a switch from our former webhost, guiding me through the process. One or two other webhosts I had contacted for information about their services told me they could not help to carry out the transfer. I was pleased to deal with a kiwi company with a "can do" attitude. Thanks Brad!

I'm new to Hoopla so just rating on my initial experiences - they have been fantastic. Really supportive is transferring my site from 24/7 when I thought my website was completely lost. Definitely recommend them for their professional and efficient service which has gone above and beyond my expectations. I have been using the internet from when it became what we know it as in the early 90's. I have used and worked with many hosting companies over this time and Hoopla Hosting are very much up there. Migration to there servers from my busy sites was seamless and no stress, well done team.
I had a very bad experience with my previous web hosting company (247hosting), and Brad from Hoopla saved the day! Brad immediately answered my live chat, stepped me through all the steps to get my website back online, and worked tirelessly to make sure everything on the site is working. The experience this far is flawless. Nice to know that you are actually dealing with a person that knows his stuff, rather than some moron who don't listen to what you say and assume you have no idea.I cannot be more grateful for Brad's help. I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I can. All the best and keep it up.
So far, so good as I joined the hundreds of people escaping the dramas of 24/7 Hosting and putting my trust in Hoopla Hosting.Absolutely can't fault Brad who provided patient assistance via the live chat facility. Hugely helpful to have someone to hold your hand and make sure everything's working as it's meant to.Today's result - two websites functioning again and emails arriving in the inbox where they're meant to. Excellent!

I was worried that moving providers would be stressful and that we would risk a lot of downtime and losing data,but after the atrocious experience that we had had with our previous hoster, we did a lot of research on forums and found out that people were making a Hoopla about Hoopla, and I can see why! Brad made it so simple for a technophobe like myself and had us painlessly up and running and problem free,in just over an hour. I wish I'd done more research in the beginning,and read online reviews of hosting services, if I had done that in the beginning,I would never have had the terrible experience with 24/7 that had me tearing my hair out. Thanks Brad for helping us out!
I am most please, so far, with Hoopla. Their responses to my queries have been prompt and to the point. They also transferred content from my existing host with no hitches.
Hoopla Hosting is who we should have gone with before now.I can't name one of our previous hosts but it rhymes with "24/7 Roasting". And, like many others, we were roasted.Hoopla couldn't be any more the opposite. It's professional. The service you get when setting up accounts and sites gives you a lot of confidence. The value you get is great as well. I would not hesitate recommending Hoopla to others, which is why I am writing this.
Brad from Hoopla hosting has been amazing. The issues we had with 24/7 Hosting opened up an opportunity for us to shift to Hoopla Hosting.This move has been the best thing we have done since having a web presence. The support is always fast and corrected first time (if it is an issue at Hoopla) We are definitely a happy customer. Only regrets we have is we didn't switch earlier.
Hoopla has been sooooo helpful. I was having a load of problems with my previous hosting company and Hoopla made transferring to them easy. They helped me out with sorting out domain issues that were the fault of my previous hosting co/registrar when they really didn't need to. I highly recommend these dudes.
