Brad was very prompt and helpful when he responded to my questions. He even made suggestions that helped me solve a problem that was actually related to my own computer, something that was quite hard to realise on my own. Very appreciative.

Wow. I've been with two overseas Web hosts before coming to NZ. Hands down, I'm happy. Brad spent an extended amount of time on transferring my sites from ipage. Very helpful. And I'm almost set up with my three websites.Very happy with the speed at which my webpages are loading. Gone from 8secs with ipage to 2 - 3 seconds.
Brad and the team at Hoopla Hosting surpass all other hosting services by far. Their customer service is incredible, and their prices are super affordable. What can I say... I have now been a customer of Hoopla for almost 12 months, and have deliberately not created a rating till today.Brad helped move ALL my sites from 24/7 to his servers when I got hold of him on live chat. He made it all work, and to be fair, it works better than before.He is always willing to answer my stupid questions, and never makes me feel like the idiot he undoubtedly must feel I am.Today I received a prompt reply to a support ticket about a domain that is no longer hosted with Hoopla (the site is, but the domain is not) and he was more than happy to offer a refund for the service that he wasnt providing.What more can one ask for...6 stars from me

I moved to Hoopla after the great 247 hosting debacle. The service has been stellar, and Brad's been fantastic! So far, everything just... works. Hurrah! Highly recommended.
A cpanel transfer from another server to hoopla - I thought would be a huge hassle, but for Brad I guess it was no problem. Great Job.
