Love the product, however it said it usually ships in 1-3 days and it took almost a week to be shipped. Had this order been time sensitive I would have been extremely disappointed.

Hi Andrea,

You are incorrect about the 1-3 days on the personalized jerseys. On the personalized jerseys we state near the top of the product listing (between the price and add to cart areas) that the jerseys usually ship within 3-5 business days, and again in the product description we also state that the personalized jerseys are made to order and usually ship in 3-5 days (and sometimes longer especially during the busy football season). We try to be very clear and upfront about delivery times.

Also keep in mind that the 4th of July holiday fell during that time on your order. (also note that stock items such as non-personalized jerseys usually ship within 24 hrs)

Quick and easy. I ordered a Blackhawks collar, leash, and tag for my new dog and it shipped quick. they even put the tag silencer on for me and attached it to the collar!

I had an issue with the post office but that was not the websites fault. I think the jersey and cheerleading outfit I revived that are the size I ordered are adorable. The sizes I ordered were based on the size chart provided on the website just below the discription of each item my girl measures 17" around and boy 19" around based on these measurement I order a small for both items. When I revived the items they are clearly smaller then the size chart stated on the website. When I called to notify this website of this issue, wanting nothing more then to receive the correct sizes and be refunded for paying to ship back the items, the "owner" (as he referred to himself) continued to speak over me and tell me that he's never had any issues with the sizes other then when someone does not measure before buying. I purchased the items as a Father's Day present that is now ruined. I am disabled and although I should not have to publicly state that, it is for you to have a better understanding as to why it is a big deal for me to have to try to get to the post office to ship the items back. The "owner" was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and I admit that by the end of the conversation I was too upset to put up with his attitude and I raised my voice. The conclusion to this conversation was the "owner" told me he refused to go outside of his return policy because it is not his error (puting all blame on me) and that I can buy my items from another retailer. When I responded that of course I will never buy anything from him again he hung up on me and blocked my number from calling back. As I said the items are nice but coolpetstuff.com does not make the items. I would never suggest anyone to do business with this company who would rather loose a customer then admit that the size chart on the site is wrong and say that even if it was wrong it still would not be his fault, puting all blame on the manufacturer and customer.

In short, as the customer states in her review, her only complaint is that we followed our stated policies and she is upset that we wouldn't let her create her own policy of her choosing after the fact.

She complained that our size chart wasn't correct and wanted us to unconditionally provide return shipping. She admitted by phone that she hadn't even removed one item from the hanger and tried it on. We told her that we couldn't unconditionally pay for return shipping, but would be happy to check the item after it was returned and make things right if there was a sizing manufacturer error. She did return it, we did measure it be 21" in a relaxed state (matching the size chart), and could not validate her claims it wouldn't fit a 18-19" dog.

We do often make exceptions and go beyond our stated policies, but she called with an attitude from the beginning and seemed more interested in picking a fight than trying to resolve an issue, so we opted not to go beyond our stated policy in this case.

As examples of the combativeness, I made a simple factual statement that we have sold thousands of apparel items made by that manufacturer and have had virtually no size chart complaints such as hers, but would be happy to check the return for a manufacturer's sizing error, and her response was "So you're calling me a liar". As another example, immediately after I told her we absorbed the outbound shipping of returns for exchange, which is also explained in our return policy, she incorrectly complained about having to pay for that herself, obviously not wanting to hear anything I had to say that was to her benefit.

And as yet another example, when I stated that the manufacturer provides size charts (and product pictures, etc) for retailers to use, her response was that I was trying to blame others instead of accepting responsibility. As noted in writing in our stated policy, we correct issues such as manufacturing defects, product damage in transit, packages lost in transit, etc even when we obviously aren't at fault instead of shifting blame. Even in her review she states I was "puting (sic) all blame on me" when I clearly told her in the beginning we would be happy to check for a manufacturing size error when we received the returns. I never blamed her or accused her of anything, never refused to investigate further, and never refused to make any found problem right even if it was a manufacturer's error.

We spent 15 mins on the phone with her and politely listened to the same arguments and rants over and over. When it became clear she had nothing new to add or that we hadn't already addressed, just wanted to continue the same unproductive rant, and mainly because as she admits above she "raised her voice", we hung up on her. She called back 6 times over the next few minutes and we blocked her number.

She did return the items for exchange, and we did still ship the exchanges by the next business day and at no additional charge to the customer. We did physically measure her return and found it to match the stated size chart.

Best shopping experience online. They noticed I had ordered the wrong size tag silencer for my new pets ID tag and emailed me to let know. They then corrected my order with my approval. I received the items and they had even put it together for me so all I had to do was attach it to the collar. It was nice to have someone personally take care of my order.
