Very good so far, just wish there was a bit more info about Playback and some of the other things the box does or does not do.

At last we got Expat Vision!Our previous provider was a nightmare. You could never reach anyone for support and you was lucky to get a response from any emails. Unlike Expat Vision who are available 24 hours a day which is great for the time difference. So glad we found Expat Vision, the team on Live Chat are very helpful and a special thanks to James who took the time out to get us setup when the box arrived it was so easy just plug and play.
I love this TV, however, there was a few problems at the start. All is good now, fantastic service and back up. Keep it coming!!!

catch up tv sometimes is not available, other than that everything works fine.
As a long-time watcher of Sky TV with a very expensive 3 Metre dish (!)I wasdevastated when Sky abandoned its' transmissions which were receivable in Cyprus. Since we spend half our time in Paphos - November to April to avoid the UK winter and our regular pattern of TV viewing is very important to us and we were delighted to discover the services offered by Expatvision which was the answer to all our prayers. Problems ao far have been minor and we are happy to use this good-value system.

HI I AM VERY HAPPY WITH EX-PAT VISION IT HAS THE BEST COSTUMER SERVICES I HAD EVER MET .THE CHANNELS ARE GREAT ANY PROBLEMS I HAVE THEY FIX STRAIT AWAY .IM VERY LUCKY I FOUND EX-PAT VISION .I RECOMMEND EX-PAT VISION TO EVERYBODY .
I am very pleased with the service so far. There have been very few 'freezes ' and the choice of programmes is great.I recently had to call the Technical team and got instant help. Also I had a 'back' up call to ask if the problem had been resolved.It would be nice to have 'catch up' which although it appears it does not work. Will the middle package get that eventually?Long may it last.
Hi Lynne, Catch up should work fine on the middle package and subject to a good internet connection you should not get freezing. Support is available tomorrow so please contact them so they can arrange for you to have catch up and investigate the matter of freezing this is not acceptable and should not take place.
I can honestly say I have been most impressed, not only with the quality and choice of this system, but also on the very helpful and efficient staff who help on all of the support telephone lines! I was so pleased with all aspects of this expat set up! Would be nice to know if there are more channels coming on line in the way of documentaries and history channels? Otherwise it's excellent and I highly recommend!!
Hi Richard, We have lots of documentary and history channels but i am afraid there all on the premier package. We are looking however at adding additional FTO channels to the Entertainment package in the coming months. We really appreciate your positive review. Thank You
Since we had the system installed we have had excellent reception and any queries about the system were always dealt with at once by a very friendly back up team.The system we have installed gives us good value for money. We are very happy we chose Expat Vision.
We had a few teething problems at the beginning and i would like to say that the technical support provided at all times was excellent therefore i will give 5 out of 5.
this is the best value service I have used abroad in the last ten years.that includes services in at least 6 eu countries +plus turkey.although fairly new to Cyprus I must say any problem is always reviewed and sorted immediately by friendly staff. teething problems have always been sorted quickly and customers are always kept informed as to whats happening on new updates.keep up the good work and long may this service continue.i am an extremely happy customer
We have had Expat Vision for three months now after trialing several providers in Cyprus. We already had the box from another provider and was not charged anything to change provider. The picture quality is great and the customer support is outstanding. The other providers i had issues with buffering and days on end with no TV and when you try contact the provider you can not reach them and they don't return your calls. This is not the case with Expat Vision great service, great quality picture and lots of functionality the movies on demand are great ! Keep up the good work Expat Vision

Apart from a few teething problems, which were sorted quickly and professionally, I have found the service provided by Expat Vision most satisfactory. I have to say however that the advert for the system is a bit misleading, as it says that there is a record facility. There is not.

We do however have 14 day catch up TV on the Entertainment package which you are currently on which means "every" program is automatically recorded on all of your channels in the last 14 days. The number of channels I could view through my 3m dish and subscription TV was reducing on a regular basis, so I looked at various options to ensure I could obtain my regular fix of sports coverage - mainly rugby and cricket, as well as UK Free-to-air channels. I found Expat Vision was available at a reasonable price (cheaper than my subscription service) on a contract free basis, or discounted for 12-months subscription in advance. I had to try it.Three months later I am very satisfied with the service. Although not 100% perfect - this is IPTV, not cable - I have yet to see any alternative service in Cyprus which comes close to Expat Vision in respect of my requirements, at any price. The service has improved significantly in recent months, due in part to rolling out a new hardware platform, and the customer support team shows a commendable level of commitment. They continue to work on offering additional services. Support calls are all local calls and can be logged 24/7. They are dealt with courteously and promptly.A good service at a realistic price.Good customer services.Overall, a better package would be hard to find.
