Long story short, because I'm on a shared server my emails are now being rejected because the server is on the reject/spam list.

Dealing with tech/customer service to resolve this has been absolutely horrible. They ask for the same info over and over again. Offer absolutely no actual support. They offer no expertise. They offer nothing.

It's incredibly incredibly frustrating dealing with their system. It's truly terrible.

Simply cannot recommend their service any longer after being with them for many years.
