MDD offers fast servers, great support and full transparency. I've used them for years now - highly recommended.

I've been utilizing MDD's reseller and VPS hosting on and off for close to 10 years now. MDD's customer service is nothing short of amazing.

The vast majority of tickets receive a personal reply in less than 15 minutes. More often than not, You can measure the time to the problem being found and a resolution is implemented in minutes not hours.

I used to think their pricing and quotas left a little to be desired. Due to that over the years I've moved to other hosts because the grass looked greener (ie more resources for less money) but I always wind up back with MDD. They're well worth whatever 'extra' you're spending over other hosts with canned tech support and upsells galore.

Love the team at MDD Hosting! I've worked with them for over 7 years and their service is top notch. Server performance is great. I have a Reseller account with MDD.

The best part about MDD is the people. I don't know them personally but I feel like I do because their customer service is so good. Kudos to Michael Denney and his team for running such a reputable operation and thank you!!

I moved my hosting account to MDDHosting about a week ago. There were some complications with moving the account from my existing host to MDDHosting but they took care of everything despite this and successfully moved everything to their platform. This took a lot of stress out of my life as I was worried I would have to take on this task by myself and had no idea how long it would take.

Of course when doing a major migration certain "growing pains" are to be expected so I was not surprised when these started to present themselves. No matter the issue, MDDHosting's tech support team was there to lend friendly, competent, and professional resolutions to my issues in a timely manner.

All of this has served to reassure me that I made the right decision when I chose to migrate my hosting to MDDHosting. I am looking forward to this level of customercentric treatment and support over the coming years (I was with my previous host for more than 10 years) for both myself and my website visitors.

The service went down out for 5 days!! I kindly asked for a refund of my remaining months and they simply denied me. The customer service is really bad, and I had a terrible experience with this company. The least they could have done is refund me my remaining months as a courtesy. I ended up loosing two customers because of this company!

Excelent hosting solution. His support team works quickly and fine.

Always problems with the server and our websites down.


Have a website but customers email me that website is down.

The last support ticket I see on this account was 3 years ago. If you are having issues - you do need to reach out to us so we can investigate them. Looking at the server you're on - it has not had any issues regular or ongoing.

They are having an unprecedented service outage at the moment. Mistakes happen. What makes MDDHosting so different is the HONEST communication coming from the President of the company.I believe the company will institute new redundancies to prevent future occurrences. I will be sticking with MDDHosting

I had previously leased 2 domains and web hosting space for about 15 years with a company recently purchased by a large international conglomerate that services web hosting, domain names, and much more. That new company I found after my research had terrible ratings, excessive costs and weak support services. When I came upon MDD Hosting I knew they were the business best suited for my web hosting needs and domain registration. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking to get away from the large conglomerate group that is buying up many small webhosting companies. MDD Hosting support services are the best I've found and their support services are exceptional.

I had a problem with SSL. Opened a ticket and within 15 minutes I had a response. Followed the directions given and problem solved.

I'm a new business owner and was referred to MDD from a friend. No regrets. Great pricing. Super responsive to respond to whatever issues I might have. My only issues have been things I've messed up!!! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Contrary to evidence presented, agent did not provide or pursue an adequate solution. The issue *may* involve new versions of SSL/TLS, but these have not presented such problems in the past. The issue is not resolved. I shall have to investigate and pursue a solution without host assistance.

The client is attempting to use a site called "WebSiteOptimization.com" to test their page, however, in our testing we were not able to actually get this site to test any site that is forcing SSL on.

We temporarily disabled their site's re-direct to SSL [i.e. forced SSL] and the tester worked and returned data. I do not believe this to be an issue with our service but an issue with the site tester - which is what we told the client.

They are also attempting to use a site called 'NetRenderer' which tests Internet Explorer 11 and older.

Internet Explorer 11, and older, on Windows 8.1, 7, and XP do not support the proper TLS 1.2 ciphers that are considered secure. The ones they were using were recently disabled as 'weak'. SSL is functionally worthless if the encryption used for the connection is weak and easily broken. Unfortunately we do not believe that Microsoft is going to be updating IE11 or Windows 8.1 and older to support modern SSL/TLS Ciphers as they want people to move to Windows 10.

While we can't selectively enable weak ciphers on a by-domain or by-account basis - putting the site behind CloudFlare will allow the client to configure their SSL Security weaker if they desire to support old browsers like IE11. If the goal is just for everything to _look_ secure while not actually transmitting any private data this will work. If the client does really want to transmit private data it's not advised.

As we host numerous e-commerce sites that rely on SSL / TLS to transmit private and confidential information we take security very seriously.

All of this said I do see that the ticket the client opened should have been handled better and we've updated the ticket with more details.

Been using MDDHosting for around 4 years now, the support staff is always super helpful and I've never had any real problems with the service, great dudes.
