Level Hosting just went through a period of two weeks where every client's hosting was down. During this period, there was no communication and the only information on the situation was on a third party forum. Level Hosting really let us all down. I have since moved my sites to a new host and requested a cancellation. It has been over two weeks and they still have not processed the cancellation. Stay away from Level Hosting. They have the worst customer service.
