I am SH customer since 2 and a half years now. They host both my personal website, and also an online community and forum. For me, some key points are the ability to select datacenter and excellent support. Very appealing offers are also frequent.
SLA's are correct and, in my experience, always fulfilled. I am informed whenever there is any scheduled maintenance, not only to counteract issues, but also e.g. to upgrade hardware.
