Knowledge Base: A customer said he/she submitted a review, but I can't find it.

We may have asked the customer to confirm his or her email address after submitting the review. If so, the review will not be active until a confirmation link in that email has been clicked.
You may contact our staff to resend the confirmation message, or we can attempt to reach the reviewer by another method in order to confirm his or her contact information.
Also note that if your customer submitted a negative review it would appear in the disputes section of the manage area unless it goes unresolved.
